Anchor bolt
The anchoring device is used to connect the rail steel supports to concrete foundations. Consisting of a bolt, washer, nut and adhesive, the standard anchor bolts are installed by drilling holes in the concrete deck, mixing the resin before filling the hole and inserting the anchor bolt. The mixed resin works as an adhesive, suspending the bolt in place until it cures to complete the process. Anchor types are conditional on a range of varying factors including, but not limited to civil engineering constraints, performance or installation practices, and as such are provided in a range of steel grades and shapes and with varying adhesive products.
Levelling devices
The type of levelling devices is also selected to best meet the needs of specific installation conditions and in doing so, enable a satisfactory adjustment of rail support to ensure that the track geometry is compliant with the relevant tolerances (FEM, VDI, CMAA, etc.)

Grouting
When it comes to selecting grout, there are 2 options available – cement grouts or expoxy resin based grouts. The correct grouting depends on a range of factors including mechanical and chemical properties, pouring characteristics and the procurement process.
Anchor bolts systems
The standard Anchor Bolt Assembly consists of a bolt, washer, nut and adhesive. There are a number of variables that impact the function of each track design, such as shape, dimension, steel grade, protective treatment and adhesive.

Levelling systems
The most widely used levelling systems are those which use a levelling screw through tapped steel plate or where we see the levelling nut under the steel plate. The choice of which is highly dependent on accessibility. In some situations, re-levelling systems may also be considered.
